Australian obsession - Vanessa

Part of my family live in Australia, and this led to roaming the galleries in the Blue Mountains and falling in love with the area and its wonderful artists. Inspired by this, many of my paintings are of real or imagined Australia. In 2019/20 we saw the aftermath of the terrible bush fires, which changed the scenery dramatically from how we knew it, yet the signs of regeneration were already there in the green shoots and returning birds.
